How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings > tap your name at the top > Subscriptions > select Clothia > tap Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How do credits work?

Each AI-powered action (clothing analysis, outfit suggestion, virtual try-on) uses credits. Free users get 5 credits per month. Premium plans offer 50 to 400 credits. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.

How do I delete my account?

Send an email to support@clothia.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

AI analysis is not working

Make sure you have a stable internet connection and sufficient credits remaining. If the problem persists, try closing and reopening the app, or contact us at support@clothia.app.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open Clothia > go to the subscription screen > tap Restore Purchases. This will sync your subscription status with the App Store.
