By downloading, installing, or using Clothia ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Clothia is an AI-powered wardrobe management application that helps users organize their clothing, receive outfit suggestions, and virtually try on outfits. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze clothing photos and generate recommendations.
You must create an account using a valid email address to use Clothia. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Clothia offers a free tier and three premium subscription plans:
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings under Apple ID > Subscriptions.
AI-powered features (clothing analysis, outfit suggestions, virtual try-on) consume credits. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over to the next period.
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to Clothia. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services. We do not sell or share your content with third parties for advertising purposes.
Outfit suggestions, clothing analysis, and virtual try-on results are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that AI results are provided as suggestions and should not be relied upon as professional fashion advice.
If you choose to share outfits publicly in the Discover feed, you agree to:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
The App, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
Clothia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@clothia.app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
