By downloading, installing, or using Clothia, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Clothia is an AI-powered virtual wardrobe and outfit styling application. Users can photograph their clothing, try outfits on a virtual mannequin, receive AI-powered outfit suggestions, and share outfits with the community.
Clothia offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
AI features (clothing analysis, outfit suggestions, photo generation) consume credits. Free users receive a limited number of credits. Subscription plans include monthly credit allowances. Unused credits do not roll over.
You may sign in using Apple ID or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Clothia.
You may share outfits on the Discover feed. By sharing, you grant Clothia a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your shared content within the app. You retain ownership of your content. You agree not to share inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content.

Clothia, its logo, design, and technology are owned by Pi Education Teknoloji Anonim Sirketi. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Clothia is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated content may not always be accurate. We are not responsible for outfit choices or fashion advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clothia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
This agreement is supplementary to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
