Clothia ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered wardrobe management application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password, managed securely through our authentication provider.
Profile Data: You may optionally provide a display name, avatar photo, gender, style preferences, and body measurements.
Clothing Photos: When you add items to your wardrobe, we store the photos you upload. These images are processed by AI to detect clothing attributes such as category, color, fit type, and thickness.
AI-Generated Data: We store clothing metadata, outfit suggestions, and virtual try-on images generated by our AI services.
Location Data: With your permission, we access your approximate location (city-level) to provide weather-based outfit recommendations. We use Open-Meteo and OpenStreetMap Nominatim for weather and geocoding services.
Subscription Data: Subscription status and purchase history are managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We do not directly process or store payment information.
Device Information: We collect device tokens for push notifications and basic device information for app functionality.
Community Data: If you choose to share outfits publicly, your display name, avatar, and outfit details are visible to other users in the Discover feed.

Your data is stored on secure servers with row-level security policies ensuring that only you can access your personal data. Photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access controls tied to your user account.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@clothia.app. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Clothia is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also export your data or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@clothia.app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Clothia after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
